Baylor
Eastern Kentucky
Florida Tech
Jacksonville U. (Not JSU)
Kansas State
Kent State
Liberty U.
Oklahoma State
St. Cloud State (Go here if you love hockey!)
San Jose State
South Dakota State
U. of Alaska-Anchorage
Dubuque
Oklahoma
Western Michigan

Off the top of my head, the best ones are UND, ERAU, UIUC, Purdue, MTSU, and either Florida Tech or SIU. A lot of schools have a cheapo-FBO that they just kind of throw on, so watch out for those. Go to a school actually into their flight program. I don't know about the other schools, but Middle Tennessee State heralds their flight program as a keystone of the university.
