Mike,
Check out North American Institute of Aviation in Conway, South Carolina. It's a FAR 141 school with a campus and also VA approved. Right next to Myrte Beach with great golf if you're into that. Good school. I was there back in '96 and had a blast! Good school with a VERY structured flight program. They offer both a flight program as well as a maintenance program.
Their website is http://www.naiasc.com
Another one to check out is Accessible Aviation in Columbus, MS. Small FAR 141 school that is VA approved. School is run by Carl Nuzzo, a retired F16 fighter pilot. He still instructs for the Airforce (Tweet T37 sim) at the Columbus AFB and off-course at his own school. He also does a ton of IFT for airforce guy's before they start their UPT. Two other instructors out there that work for him and both are good guy's.
I recently did my ATPL with them and had a good experience.
Their website is not much to speak off but check them out. http://www.accessibleaviation.com
Let me know how it works out.

Thanks again everyone for the help. I guess under 141 training the VA will not allow you to share a/c cost with another pilot. This is too much for me to swallow. I will loose my GIBill and really only save around 7,000 in training costs. I am now thinking that LAFrequentflyer is right in just training under part 61 and using my GIBill somewhere else. I found a school in the midwest that is very cheap and has two very knowledgeable instructors. I will be able to get from nothing to PPL/Com/Inst for under $25,000. Once I finish there I will be looking to do a CFI program at a bigger school. I think I can keep all costs close to 30,000 this route and keep my GIBill for a graduate degree in the future. I will have to take out a loan if I go this route but dammit I am not just going to hand out my GIBill like its water!
I really appreciate all of the flight school suggestions. I have looked into them all and will continue to do so. You guys rock!
