Yeah I just can't think of any. For example i fly out of Salt Lake International. Elevation is almost 5000' MSL yet class B still ends at 10000' MSL. I have flown into Denver but I can't remember what it was.

DEN, DFW, and ATL used to be higher than 10,000 (but I haven't looked lately).
