First Flight Instructor Job

Congrads man! Welcome to the ranks! Sharky hit the nail on the head.
Another thing, don't be afraid to let your students make mistakes. That's how people learn. Just make sure that you know when to intervene. It will be a little strange being the guy sitting in the right seat that the one next to you is looking at for answers. Your first student or two will be the ones that get shafted as you get experience.
I have about 200 dual given now and I'm 1000 times better at this than I was when I started in February. The one thing I've noticed, however, is that I still have a long way to go before I'm really good at this instructing thing.
