AI already spoke to ATP, they told me for sure that I can't get in and they don't inted on take international students for the future either, which sucks because I heard alot of good things about their program and wanted to check it out and make it an option. Unfortunately, I can't, so if all goes well its eith RAA or Flight Stafety International. Someone else recommended Scandinavia and Kings Flight School as well. I'll look into that very shortly

I'm just frikkin frustrated. Im looking at the options and dont know which route to go. Now, I have the air force in the books. The thing is, I just want to have a free life for a while too, not always being on base and sleeping their like a hostage. Enlisting part-time and attending university doesnt seem so bad. The only downside I see so far is if I don't get as much hours as the full time guys

I got my ratings and taught for a little while at the school below. We had a fair share of foreign students too. I was there pre-9/11, so I don't know how much the paper work process has changed. Good instruction at an affordable price. The only "academy" one should attend should be run by the government!

Ahh its soo annoying to be in Canada and train in the US! Dont you guys think there should be some sort of TSA wavier for Canadian citizens? We are getting our $hit together on the boarder front, and cracking down on the terrorists, so maybe some sort of exemption could be made. After all, we do get US TV and Taco Bell and speak English well (with an additional 'eh' of course )

Well, training is cheaper in the States. The only thing is our standards are higher, as well as the British. That doesn't matter though, as long as I get fully liscensed!
