Default DP w/ no approach

Does anyone have an example of an airport that has a published DP, but no instrument approach? Aside from departing without a clearance and going into class G airspace, I can't find any examples. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Just off the top of my head, I would think that a small airport underlying Class B airspace associated with a larger airport might fit into this category. If memory serves, one or two of the smaller airports near Denver International had to adopt modified pre-takeoff procedures when DIA opened, if not official DPs. I'm not in a position to find that information for you right now, but it might be a good place to start looking.

Correct me if i'm wrong but if there is no published iap that would make that a vfr only airport. You would be unable to depart (or land) IFR (at least for 135/121), so there would'nt be a need for a departure procedure becuase you would always depart VFR. There may be an unnoficial ODP put out by local airport manager or something, but they cant make an official DP for a VFR only airport.
