Even better here at $80 on a Duchess, its really a block of 100hr at $7,995. Here is the website: Flight Training - Multi Engine Time Building Programs - Aviator Flight Training College
Thats because two people are paying $80 an hour (which according to my calculations is $160 an hour) an one pilot is a safety pilot.
Legal. But if your shooting for the airlines most will frown upon this.

2 years ago they took em right out 141 programs. I don't think they will care to much going forward. Right now you need time, so anyone with 100 hours has very little chance anyways. In 1-2 years they will be begging again. How many retirements does it take to create mass shortage at the regional level? My answer is 2000-3000. Very few are hanging around till 65. Things may be slow now, however, soon the conversation will be about what regional you want to work for instead of who is hiring.

I just called them up and they quoted me $140 dry. I need to grab some time so if anyone is down to split we can get some cheap time.

Where is the place charging $99 dry? I did my multi at Aviator but keep hearing that the 'safety pilot split time thing' is frowned on by the airlines.

I don't have enough posts to PM yet, but I need around 30-40 hours. I can fly over to east coast and meet up if need be.
