1. Pilot's Handbook of Aeronautical Knowledge
2. Airplane Flying Handbook

Both of these books are available in online formats on faa.gov. Start researching and start reading and start studying hard. I mean no offense here, but learning about aviation in an aviation forum (no matter how good this forum) is not the best way for any newcomer to go.

Sure some of your questions will be answered. But learning to fly is kind of like going to school. You read, take tests, you learn how to perform maneuvers, you will be tested on them, you study hard, you pass, sometimes you don't, you cry, you laugh, sometimes you have a great time, at other times you don't.
Thanks for your advice. I have already downloaded and printed the book 'Airplane Flying Handbook' And I'll do so for 'Pilot's Handbook of Aeronautical Knowledge'. Again appreciate your advice.

Good luck with your search.

Hillsboro aviation Hillsboro Oregon.

Massive international program, but he can fit in outside of the normal programs, the students get taken shopping weekly, student housing available within walking/biking distance.

Take a look.

Nope look at this Airplane and Instructor Rate

Can you suggest a school have this kind of rates. Nice air is good. But I got some bad reputation of this school from Srilankan students who were studied there.

I don't quite understand what you are looking for. Are you saying Hillsboro's rates are too high compared to Nice Air? They are almost the same. I don't really think you are going to find rates much cheaper than that unless you join a flying club. The extra few dollars an hour really wont make much of a difference in the long run. If you find a good school, with great instructors, you might pay a few extra dollars in aircraft rental, but you will save a lot more in the end with fewer hours spent training and you will have a much better experience. You shouldn't be looking at just the rental fees.

152 at Hillsboro :$88
152 at Nice Air: $89
