Default Helicopter with fixed add-on

Just trying to clarify. Someone who has their Private in a helicopter who wants to add a fixed wing add-on, has to redo all the solo, xcountries, night, IFR, and so on correct? BUT, they don't have to take a written?

I'm working with someone right now...just making sure I have my FARs straight.

Thanks.

No written required but all the flight requirements listed for the airplane. 20 hours dual, 10 solo plus the XCs, night and 3hrs IFR.

Also the checkride is very simple. Basically questions about the airplane and documents in the oral. Short flight only doing the airplane maneuvers listed in the PTS no XC flight or planning.
