Sounds promising, are you by chance a CFI doing lessons on that Bonanza for 170$/h? I would go to you..

There is a flying club at Addison that has 2 Bonanzas, a C177RG, and a Cherokee. They do rent the Cherokee to students. Rates on the Cherokee and C177 were reasonable. Will see if I can find the link. I was considering joining but don't know a lot about it yet.

Slipstream is also a good one just to your south.

Would love to help, but won't have my CFI until next year.

Check out ussportaircraft.com. They do primary instruction in brand new piper sports for $115 an hour, a 172sp for I think $140-149 an hour, and a commander for $179 an hour.

My dad is one of the co-owners of US Aviation so I am more than a little bias but if you haven't looked at us, it is at least worth giving a call.

US Aviation Academy Admissions Process | 866-383-2400 | US Aviation Academy | 4850 Spartan Drive, Denton, TX 76207

If not, there are a TON of smaller schools in the Dallas area so if you decide to go elsewhere and time/convenience is a big concern, you might just look for the ones closest to you.
