I stumbled upon this website and was thinking of buying a 100 hour block on the 152. $66 per hour is a pretty good deal for the price.

Has anyone used these guys? Is it a scam? Their website doesn't give much as far as details.

Based on personal experience (life in general) if it sounds too good to be true it usually is!!!

What would you do with 100 more hours in a single and $6600 less in your bank account.

I can think of a few ways to get 100 hours in a single while making between $1900-$3000.

If you are looking a legit nice place to do some time building check this place out. I know a couple of people that are members of this club that only have good things to say. They also work with people coming in from out of town.

West Michigan Flying Club

$75hr 150

$85hr 172/177

$95hr Mooney M20F

100 hours in a 152 is not worth anything unless you are a private pilot with an instrument raying and 150 hours.

And they probably makeyou split the time with a SP too

Why not add an instrument rating? It's worth far more than 100 hours in a 152, it's likely cheaper, it'll lower your insurance rates (renter or owner), and whether you're persuing a flying career or just doing it for fun, it'll make you a better, safer pilot.

I'm planning to do my instrument in the spring, and would like to do my commercial by next summer. So I can sit around and do nothing this winter...or build some time.
