Default Wanted: Complex aircraft in PHX area for trng

Does anyone here own or know an owner of a single engine complex aircraft (Piper Arrow, 182RG, etc) that for fair compensation would allow about 15hrs of flight training in it? I am in the PHX area.

I've got cash ready to go to attain my SE commercial and have a cfi friend who will instruct me for free. The snag is that I'm fairly certain that any actual aircraft rental place will frown (understandably so) on the idea of me using their plane for instruction with my own instructor instead of paying to use one of their instructors. I would save a ton of money if I can find an owner/fbo that would allow this.

If anyone has any leads/suggestions, etc, I would be much appreciative. Thanks.

The owners insurance may forbid it, too. Good luck
