That does sound like a good deal, when looking at schools the ratings and program reputation is important. What is just as important if not more is the percentage of people who go on to teach there. I went to allatps and finished the program at one worst times in recent history, September 08. They were not hiring students to be instructors right away but they did put you on their list and basically guarantee a job if you could pass their standards. This was proven when one of the people in my class who waited got a call something like a year and a half later. Not trying to say Allatps is better or even comparable but they did finish me in the time they told me it would be done and on the budget they set which gives pilots plenty of leeway.
