Jeppesen Charts

I don't have much experience using the Jeppesen charts, mostly government. I was of the understanding that he green airports on enroute charts had no instrument approach and the blue ones did. However, I noticed on a Jepp chart I came across that there's a green airport on the enroute chart with a localizer feather coming out of it. Am I mistaken about the green and blue airports?

It's been awhile since I've used Jepps but there usually was a legend in the front of the book.

Yeah, this was just a random chart laying around that I was taking a look at. No book or legend around.

On Jeppesen charts:
Blue - IFR airport with civil and DOD approach
Green - IFR airport with only civil approach
Brown - VFR airport
Red - privately owned

Thanks. Can you point me in the direction that states what you mentioned? I have yet to find anywhere that states this. Even on the Jepp website it states that blue airports are civil and military IFR and the green ones are civil and military VFR. It doesn't state anything about brown airports on their website either.
