Default Any hope for an American in New Zealand?

US citizen here, no ties to New Zealand, but would love to live there. Does anyone know if there is any demand / path for an American to go to work for Air New Zealand or JetStar? Maybe start at JetStar pacific or something?

Thanks

Do a search here for past threads on the topic. It's been done, but I believe the person was married to a Kiwi.

I was contacted by a recruiter for Air New Zealand about five years ago. They were looking for A320 sim instructors. They told me there would be a possibility of moving to line flying after 3 years in the training department.

Yeah, I read that one. Hoped maybe things had changed. I’m not married to a Kiwi unfortunately.

How do you feel about sheep? I kid I kid.
As a yank I am assuming unless you immigrated to NZ and than converted your license. You chances are as good as a seal during shark season.
