KLM pax loads

Any idea where I can get pax loads for ZED tickets on KLM. Not able to get them from Staff Traveler at the moment… thanks!

yes I use it, but for some reason KLM loads are unavailable..

I used to have a phone number that went to a desk that would do load checks for you. I've asked some KLM folks about it and no one knows what I'm talking about. My phone has no record of me calling them - does anyone know what I'm talking about? That thing was clutch.
