Default LOT QOL?

Short context
Want to relocate to Poland from US. Currently fly the A320. Aware of all the requirements to make the changes. This post is not about EASA conversions.

Curious about: Work rules and QOL. How many days off does a LOT pilot see per month? Short haul/Long haul? I'm having a hard time finding much info online. "Stable roster, 14 days in advance for the month. 3 blocks of 3 days OFF per month may be requested for family occasions." Is the only bit I could find. Does this mean 14 days off?

Would just like to know how QOL compares against a 121 in the US.

Thanks in advance

Don’t have any info on LOT unfortunately. But from what you found out I would expect 3 x 3 days off meaning 9 days off minimum. The 14 days in advance mean that you get your schedule 14 days before the month starts. Be prepared to work a lot more in Europe compared to the US. Also look at the other options in case you don’t get hired by LOT. I think Ryanair and Wizzair are available. And you don’t want to fly for them coming from the US. ( hint: hard work)

117 and the RLA seem to have made US pilot jobs unique. (Almost?) Every other country pales by comparison
