B777 Captains Wanted Guangzhou Base | 2-Yea
We are actively recruiting experienced B777 Captains (and strong non-type rated candidates) to join CSC Airlines expanding fleet in Guangzhou (CAN), China.
As the official recruitment agent for CSC Airlines, we provide end-to-end support from document preparation, CAAC license conversion, interview coordination, visa processing, to full settlement and ongoing living support in China. You focus on flying; we handle everything else.
Contract & Package Highlights
2-year direct contract with CSC Airlines (renewable)
Total package starts from $18,977/month (NET)
Guangzhou (CAN) base
Minimum 60 flying hours per month (720 hours annually)
10 consecutive days off per month after assignment to solo PIC
Generous annual leave (12 days first year, 20 days from year 2)
6 free tickets + 6 discounted tickets per year for employee + immediate family (on CSC operated flights)
Living allowance USD 780/month + Comprehensive allowance USD 280/month
Attractive safety bonus up to USD 7,000 per year
Hourly Rates
Leading Captain (supervising 2+ routes): USD 257.5 / hour
Leading Captain (1 route): USD 245.6 / hour
Captain: USD 221.8 / hour
Annual flying bonus: Any portion exceeding 800 hours per year will be paid based on the hourly rate
Minimum Requirements
Minimum 6,000 total actual flight hours (turboprop + commercial jet, excluding simulator)
Minimum 3,000 PIC hours on multi-crew, multi-engine jet aircraft (MTOW > 50 tons)
Minimum 1,000 PIC hours on the applied type (B777 preferred)
Non-type rated candidates welcome (especially B747, B757, B767, B787, A330/A340/A350/A380 etc.)
Age under 56 upon joining
Current on type (flown within last 180 days), valid proficiency check
Valid ATPL with ICAO English Level 4 or above
No accident/incident record, clean criminal record
