Will do mate.
There are quite a few companies down here that are now short of pilots, so I don't think it would be much of a problem for you to get going in Godzone. That said, flying for a fractional for a spell would be fun.

Hi Koru,
I was only looking at the Links as way to ease the conversion pain, only 1 test versus 5. I may be able to get on with a fractional here to get the required commercial ops hours. In the meantime I will get the Commercial/Multi/IR done and can work on the exams via correspondence. In any case I plan on stopping in to meet with Chris and to give Margie a copy my official PR/Commercial ticket, hopefully you will be in town and can introduce me.
Cheers,
JD

Are you having to take all those tests because they aren't giving you credit for your military flying? I was under the impression that with a FAA ATP you only had to take the legal test.

I can convert to the ATPL using my mil time but it requires the 5 tests. Unfortunately I can't convert using my current ATP because I do not have the 500PIC/1000SIC in a "commercial enviroment". Actually I don't have that time regardless due to a staff job after I got my ATP. Once I get the 500/1000 I can convert easily with the ATPL Airlaw exam. It may take me some time but I'll get there!!
Confused yet??...so am I.
