How does one find more info about the backing for NetCompass, and if they have 'sole contract right'? (by the way I don't really know what that refers to, just a guess)

Do I just have to ask them and see if they try to impress me with their dance moves?

Thanks

What I mean by sole contract right is that they are the only agency offering a contract for that carrier.

I would certainly ask them questions about their history. What other contracts do they have? Would they be able to pay you if the money is late coming to them from the airline? What jurisdiction is their business located in? Those are just a few.

How is maintenance? Any insight?
A very dear friend of mine just got hired with China Eastern.
He was flying A319/A320 with 750hours PIC and he got offerd a job as a captain on A330/340 out of JFK. I do know that he had to pay for the differences trainning and he will be on the A330 for 3-4 months befor he can go to the A340. Everything seems good exept the fact that he had to pay out of his own pocket for trainning. I know they were trying to make him sign a 70000 USD bond for 4 or 5 years (not sure which) or pay on his own and there would be no bond.

I will try to find some more info and post them online

Daretoaviate, there is any chance that you can tell your body to contact me at [email protected]? I just want to know a little more about the contract. Best
