Default Etihad A340-600 destroyed

Etihad A340-600 Accident Photos - FlightBlogger - Aviation News, Commentary and Analysis

A brand new 600 series with zero time with Etihad. Doing high power run-ups with only the parking brake set, no chocks. Apparently a circuit breaker was pulled to silence a warning which somehow "tricked" the plane in to thinking it was airborne and released the parking brake. How about a WOW switch????

Thought some might like to see the photos since there was no news coverage.

Airbus has many AIRBUS FLIGHT CONTROL LAWS, no they need a PARKING BRAKE LAW.

Probably a bug in their computer software.

True, but I never saw the photos before. I just thought others might like to see them in light of the recent ASA/Skywest hanger cluster.
