A few friends of mine took the job. They were told by NAS staff doing the interview that the pay is really only around $8,000 a month......add to that travel to and from home county, add accommodations, then the whole package is worth between $14,000 & $16,000 a month.....which is what they are advertising. So I am curious who is telling the correct story?

It's 8000 a month base pay, 2222 a month housing allowance, 213 a month transportation... Then on top of that an hourly flight wage.. Different brackets for different hrs. 1-50 hrs.. 50-75 hrs.. Then over 75 hrs.. All different pay scales. 14500 based on 65 hrs

Can you explain how it's a relax environment and at the same time, the pressure is on?

Very simple, if you don't pass, pack your things and go home! They don't care!

Nils is an awesome guy. I know a few people went thru NAS directly, I went thru Sigma Aviation.

I don't think it matters either way.
