I would be happy to include it, but I need all the relevant information (i.e. salary, hourly pay, ESOG, Pension, allowances, etc.). If you or anyone has this information, let me know.

Job Search

If you follow the link then you can find most of the information for Capt and FO i.e Salary and allowances. The only thing missing there is EOSG which is 5wks for every yr worked paid at your highest basic salary. There is also an internet allowance of AED 95 approx US$ 25 per month. There is no pension scheme at Etihad Airways.

Is Etihad giving more EOSG than what is required by law? Abu Dhabi Labor Law states:
http://www.abudhabi.ae/egovPoolPorta...=20176&lang=en

End of Service Gratuity
If the employee has completed one year or more in service, he is entitled for the end of service gratuity of 21 days for each year of the first 5 years of service and 30 days for each year after that. It should be calculated based on the last basic salary. The total end of service gratuity, however, should not exceed the salary of two years. The periods of unpaid leaves are not included within the service period.

What i quoted is what it states in the contract. So yes looks like they giving more than what the law requires.
