Default Air Canada interview

Does anyone have any information on the interview process at Air Canada. Have a friend with an interview coming up. Also any word what they are hiring into, bases, and aircraft?

Any other info for us? When did he apply? My sources say can be hired onto almost anything.

I don't know the exact hiring process, but I do know that they don't like people who have "prepared" answers. As is normal, there doesn't seem to be any rhyme or reason as to who gets hired or passed over.

As far as positions go the last bid had openings in
YUL on 320 F/O, EMJ F/O,
YVR on 320 F/O, 777 R/P, 330 R/P and 767 R/P,
YYZ 777 R/P, A330 R/P 767 R/P, 320 F/O, EMJ F/O
YYZ low cost 767 F/O, 319 F/O.

So, lots of choice... the company will take preferences into consideration where they can, but no guarantee.
