Congratulations! ANA got ATW's 2013 airline of the year and skytrax 5 star rating, would be interesting to see where it falls in skytrax's ranking? I think last year DAL broke the top 50 mark by coming in at #49! Will see how the ranking goes for this year!

Now, before everyone gets all excited let's ask the question(s), How does EK win Airline of the Year when,
a)It doesn't win Best Business Class and Best Cabin Crew(middle east). Both won by Qatar, AND
b) It doesn't win Best First Class and Best First Class Seats. Won by Etihad.

American 81st and USAirways 97th place. But look it on the bright side. When you average the 2 they should be in 89th place after the merger.
I was surprised to see Alaska so far down the chum line.
Good for Virgin American! 29th on the hit parade. Way above Delta!
