If they don't keep records of accident and incident, and if for carriers in ME can't get those records or anything then why bother.
But as sasuke said...self disclose it in interview if they inquire too much. But if they call you for interview, most probably they have done they research about your background etc.
Accident /incident =pilot error means you as the pilot made an error that resulted in an accident incident. It was something mechanical related etc it is not ur fault.

The first thing will be asked is, was it your fault = pilot error? If not, nothing to worry about even if it's in your FAA records. Bring the records, details, and statement from your company. EK can read and understand.
