FAA license verification
#1
Im sorry if Im beating and already beat topic here, couldn't find anything on the forum and Im looking for some guidance from y'all.
My new foreign employer requires a license verification of my FAA ATP from the FAA. I've emailed them about a week ago, no response, emailed couple of days ago again, no response.
For comparison the license incident/accident letter from the FAA was sent to me in a couple of hours after my request.
Thank you.

Airmen Certification ? Verify the Authenticity of a Foreign License, Rating, and Medical Certification
You may have to go through your country's aviation authority and follow a process similar to the above link.

Basically a note that says the license is real.

Super easy... and you can do it yourself online and get it printed, emailed or faxed directly to your employer.
- Go to Federal Aviation Administration and click on Licenses and Certificates.
- On the right side, you'll see a link saying Log in to airmen online services.
- Over there, you'll need to create an account which takes maybe a minute or so.
- Once you're logged in, you'll see on the right side of the screen under Certificate a link saying "Request Verification of Certificate Privileges." Click there.
- Once in there, you can select what you'd like to verify or include. For example, your CFI or AGI in addition to your ATP can be included in the letter.
- Select where you want your letter sent (e-mail, fax, etc.)
- Make sure you have some form of ID as you'll have to enter the numbers to request this info.
Good luck!
