Not worth very much since this has been an issue long before the publication date of December of 2015.

Still old news... "Base Raids" have been conducted since 2006... Ranging from proper work documents inspected by Immigration Authorities to Inland Revenue Agents 0600 home raids on pilots living in Germany. Computers and other documents were seized during the raids. Late 2008, the folks at BF and FR came up with a scheme to have pilots set up indivual companies to help remove BF and FR from the tax man. The scheme as to have the individual's company as themselves be responsible for their taxes.

Those who received and followed the advise from qualified financial advisors and accountants both from their home country and where based had no issues.
