Trying to make a decision...
Would you bid an aircraft that you really want to fly, but will be very junior in?
-OR-
Bid a less desirable aircraft but have decent seniority in?
Anyone ever made this decision?
Pro's/Cons
Thanks

For me personally at Netjets, when the time comes for my fleet to evaporate, I want a seat in a jet that won't cut my pay. Couldn't care less what my 7-7 start day is or when I get my vacations which is about all seniority affects beyond getting the large cabin bid in the first place.

I had a permanent bid in a relatively senior aircraft that a friend wanted to buddy bid. Got the airplane, the holiday working line and winter back to back vacations that go with it. Had I thought this out, I'd have waited for a Phenis bid with the vacations I want and 52 day schedule.
Take the seniority....
