Default CANPASS for Fractional

Has anyone gone through the process of Individual Rehabilitation in Canada to be able to qualify for CANPASS? It’s been 8 years since the DWAI offense and an attorney has been contacted. Looking for the quickest way to get this knocked out. Just trying to help my friend out as she got an offer with a career employer.

A quick look on the Canadian website said it takes 12-18 months.

Usually with one offense it takes 10 years to be deemed rehabilitated automatically with no other action required. At this point she may just have to wait the 10 years instead of spending money on a lawyer and jumping through all the hoops.
