Default NetJets Europe?

Any information on a U.S. citizen with FAA ATP flying for NetJets Europe?

Thanks...

Very, very hard to do. Convert your licenses, apply for an EU passport, pass their medical and apply at NetJets Europe.

Very unlikely. Check PPrune for more details, but I believe they are having enough problems dealing w/EU labor rules. EU in general is very picky about having non-EU pilots flying non-EU planes based in Europe.

NetJets Europe is a separate company from NJA and NJI for these reasons.

SamFox - You are 100% correct! It is very difficult for "you" guys to get a job overe here!

Same problem for "us" guys to come overe "there"... I was in the US in the mid-late 90s, getting my CPL/ATPL and managed to get a temporary, 1 year, work permit. I really enjoyed my time (almost 3 years) in the US and have been looking for an opportunity to get back ever since...Looks like there is NO, no legal anyway, way for me to get back.

Have been following the on-going immigration debate and find it a bit strange that there is a huge debate going on about the massive "problems" with i-legal immigration, mainly from S America, and on how to give future immigrants and the immigrants that are already in the US, a legal way of straying and working in the US. While this is going on, I am unable to get a job in the US.
My only hope is the visa lottery! Tjohoo! Thats likely to happen!

I have a degree in Social Science, speak 5 languages, and have full ATPL with 5000 + hrs, lots of command and jet time and a northern European passport....

Sometimes life feels a bit unfair....

PS. If you have a US passport and wanna work in Europe, check with PARC and the likes...I THINK they do contract work in Europe on non-European contracts....
