Default R-Atp and fractional

Do any of the fractional operators hire 1250hr R-Atp eligible SIC's ? I have dug a little bit an seems like they don't so perhaps need to go to a regional for a bit then apply to a fractional?

NetJets? Absolutely not.

Flexjet? I highly doubt it. XO Jet or Vista, doubtful as well.

Wheels Up? As a King Air co-pilot, maybe.

The fringe players? Depends on how desperate they get for pilots I suppose...

If fractional is the goal, you might do better with a busy Part 135 charter company since that would be a better training ground for what fracs do.

Good luck!

Agreed with the above. Talking to a lot of FlexJet guys on the road and on forums I’ve found that most well exceed the mins posted when they applied. I’ve found that 3000+ total time was competitive.
