Hello all.
Recently accepted a position with Airshare as an SIC.
After Indoc, they have a checkride scheduled. Does anyone know what they are looking for here? Is it in an airplane or sim?
Is there anything I can be doing now to help prep for Phenom 300 training down in Dallas at CAE? Any study materials anyone would want to send my way would be appreciated.
Thanks for any info anyone wants to share..

Is it possible to send PDF attachments via PM? I don't see a way. If there isn't PM me with your email and I'll send a 2016 QRH for the Phenom 300, memory items and limitations, and Flow Book. There will be some changes but nothing major. Airshare will have some differences but a Phenom 300 is a Phenom 300.

The checkride you are asking about is the oral exam on your last day of Indoc. You will take a written exam on your last day followed by an oral given by one of the check airman. It will cover some 135 regs, Op Specs, GOM and a few other items. It's basically just to see if you paid attention during the week. Technically it's a 135.293 (a)(1)&(4-8) oral exam if you are curious to see what that all entails. Have fun, study a little bit, and have plenty of beers during the week!

Any of you actively flying for Airshare now? I have an interview in Jan.
Looking for what your typical day/lifestyle looks like. They advertise an average of 10 nights gone a month with a lot of out/backs.
Is that accurate? What do your day out/backs look like?
Thanks!

Just did an initial phone interview for a TX based 300 PIC that is Managed with several owners. Not entirely sure about how may days on duty/ days off I should expect. Will have 2 pilots supporting it with a future review of staffing. Anything u can share about QOL, management, benefits etc is welcome.
