It's not a FRASCA. hasn't been in a good long while. It's a $2M Sim they made with FSI. Most don't like it. It's setup like PC12. More for a procedures trainer if you ask most pilots who've flown it.

To clarify: The frasca was moved to the training department 3 or 4 months ago for the purpose of evaluating FOs during the interview. JMO is correct that the Mission Fit (PC12ng honeywell apex glass cockpit) is used to evaluate direct entry candidates.
The last class to go through was something like 5 direct entry Captains and one FO, so the frasca may not be getting much use. |
