I had listened to some of those All Staff calls, starting with the Star of the show announcement; "And now our CEO, Kenny Dichter, Dichter!" I had never heard such "doublespeak" and management catch phrases in my life.

What's the feeling at WU? Are most pilots leaving for anything or planning to ride it out?

Default WU avoids stock delisting via 10/1 reverse..

They did a 10 to 1 reverse stock split to avoid being delisted on the NYSE. The stock has traded for less than $1 for most of the year. The stock recently closed at 0.26.

I posted more details in the Part 135 forum but the stock at WU is crashing again, even after the 10-1 split to keep them from being de-listed. Stock went from $3.13 to $1.24. Rumors that WU has consulted with a law firm that specializes in bankruptcy restructuring.
WU new HQ will be ATL and a retired Delta Exec will run it. Delta owns 20% of WU via the merger with Delta Private Jets. Should Delta take over WU they'll be on the hook for $1B in prepaid flight hours.
