VISTA AMERICA
I would like to know more about them, current pay and QOL but before you go telling me to Run and all the negativity there is, please be at least a former (recently, not 5 or more years) or a current employee. Thanks.

I'm 5 years and 1 month removed.
I still stay in contact with a ton of the folks that I used to fly with, including cabin crew and folks who fly a desk.
For those that are still there, and there are not many these days, the main theme, whether still there or have left since my departure, is that things have gotten progressively worse year over year. Those that are still there, are looking for the door, mostly due to the motivation of the Malta crew to "harmonize" the US-based payscale/benefits/etc with the EU-based crews.

The schedule has always been 17/13 for the Globals, and 15/13 for the Challenger as of a couple years ago (it used to be 17/13 as well, back when I was there). I have to clue what the schedule is on fleets that Red Wing or Jet Edge came to the party with.
Also, keep in mind that there are plenty of people who would chime in on VJ, but in seeing how was treated for changing his tune after he was there for a while, it's easy to see why people are timid to contribute any further. Keep that in mind when considering them as your employer. It's just not worth it, unless you're solely looking for another type, quick upgrade, and then to head somewhere better.
Mods: any chance of merging this one into the same title that's in the 135 section?
Vista never has, nor will it ever be, fractional. It's always been pure 135 charter.
