NetJets hiring

What are the trends? Can someone with 2500TT actually get picked up? Which aircraft are they hiring into and which one would could someone expect to get?

There have many people hired with just over the mins, myself included (2553). I know that the class that started on Mon has 7 G200 spots. There seems to be lots of hiring into the XL/XLS and the Ultra. There should be lots going into the Encore plus and Hawker 4000 when we take delivery. My interview sim partner had never flown jets before and he went to the Soveriegn.

I am going to apply but am thinking about acquiring an interview coach. Have any of you guys utilized this type of service and if so were you happy with it?

Any suggestions for Netjets interviews?

Thanks

How valuable are internal recommendations? I only know a couple people.

I would definately go to NetJets if they get the 100 bases. I guess a lot of people feel that way, though. I'm sure internal recommendations are valuable just like any other place. How is the pilot group at Netjets? From what I've seen it's an older pilot group. Any former 121 guys around that wish they would have stayed with the airlines instead of going to Netjets?

I'd shoot my application over now just not quite there yet. I'd be there tomorrow if they'd let me lol.

I sent them a resume via email 8 weeks ago or more and have yet to receive the application.... I have all the mins and about 500+ hours PIC in an Encore, are they just back logged or what?

Quick question...how far out should you apply? I meet all the mins and they sound like a good place to work, but I still have over a year to go in the USAF.

Thanks
