The job is good enough that they didn't think it necessary with the new contract or the old one. Many pilots (though few, if any furloughs) quickly left after getting hired on the '05 contract, but that was mostly due to hideous commutes that were pretty much eliminated on the new contract. Some may still chose to leave in the future if the majors continue to make money and get improved contracts and I've talked to a couple of ex TWA/ American furloughs who may go back if recalled before upgrading here. This is a great job, but it isn't perfect for everyone. Kman- you wrote in a different thread that you were interviewing elsewhere soon. Just curious where and if you are leaving. This is the best job for me, but you've made it clear why it may not be the best job for you. Good luck whatever you decide.

Delta, I'll know pretty soon. If I get the job, i think im gone. I don't want to look back 15 years and ask my self what if? Anyways netjets is a great job, and i wish nothing but great career to all of the guys at netjets.
