If hired at Net Jet.....
Do you find out what you are hired to fly when you get the job offer, or do you find out after you accept the job?
Also, do new hires ever get large cabin aircraft or just the small?

In the past the aircraft type is part of the job offer. No large cabin for new hires, from this point on you can expect any aircraft except the Falcon 2000, you'll never see a new hire in that again.

What you are offered all depends on the training slots at the time you are hired. You should find out when you get the "you're hired" notice.
