I have read FLOPS has been fully bought out by Raytheon.
What implications does this have on the future of the company, crew, hiring, pay ETC?

I am a pilot with Flops. Since Raytheon once again owns us, we have an "acting CEO". It seems as though all major decisions have to be approved by mother Raytheon.

Also, we are currently in the "laborattoy period" for voting in the local 1108 Teamsters Union. This is what Netjets now has and we are striving to get similar working conditions and pay.

Good luck. Especially with the likes of Lyn Daugherthy, Bill Bilger and the other back stabbing folks that moved from Raytheon Travel Air to Options.

Anyone else out there that might give some insight as to the current situation at Options? I'm pulling for the Options and Flex guys working for a solid contract/working conditions. From what I gather the fractional side of aviation works very long hard days with minimal rest as compared to the life at the (old) majors.

Good luck to all!

Baja.
