I trained at bjc and always wanted to fly for them. Years down the line and plenty of flight time I walked in my resume and met a couple of people there. Nothing after that. I know they have a big G machine and a couple of citations. Thats all I got.

I'm a former MA pilot. Good company, but you're right, the pay is fairly low and the benes are substandard for a guy with a family. I'm at CS now and am glad I moved for the money and health/hotel points/days off benefits. It can be a good job if you don't have lots of $$ expectations. But, depending on the a/c you're assigned, you could be looking at a decent amount of time off per month but some of that time is going to be spent on-call (i.e. driving around doing errands with your uniform in the back seat, never knowing if you'll be called out or not). Great people... I miss flying with them, but with no set pay scale I couldn't afford to stay there.
Their fleet/payscales
1 PA-31 Navajo (Panther conversion) CA - 40K (only one of these I know)
3 King Airs (1 BE200 and 2 90's) CA - 36K starting, I ended up at $41k
3 CE-500 (2 560's and 1 older Citation II) CA - 51K starting, FO $40K
3 CE-650 (2 Citation III's and Citation VII) CA - $60K starting, FO 40-45K
1 G-450 CA (only) high 70's to low 80's
Feel free to PM me if you have specific questions.
