Default Question for all Fractionals

This is sorta random, but I've been wondering about it for some time. Since the fractionals don't have an airline type reserve system, how do you guys cover for people who call in sick, or take military leave, etc.?

Thanks

Well at flexjet they have "home reserve" which means you just chill at home and they call you if they want you to airline out. I would guess that most sick calls are covered by asking others to pick up an overtime day at the end of their rotation.

In all fairness, Flex didn't usually have a inordinate amount of sick calls. Crews were juggled when it happened. Just like we juggled everything else.

Imagine a house built of playing cards. MX and sick calls is like throwing a bowling ball at it.
