Default Gulfstream at NetJets

What is the deal with NetJets and Gulfstreams? I see QS Gulfstreams all the time, but there is no mention of them on Airline Pilot Centrals pay chart. Is NetJet's international the same company?
By that, I mean can you go from, say a Falcon 2000 to a Gulfstream 4. Or do you have to change companies and start over on the seniority list.
How much does a 5, 10 year Gulfstream captain make. What about a FO?

Thanks very much.

If I remember right A GIV FO at NetJets (Gulfstream Operation) was 65K and included a Type...I think you need to know someone employed and has flown with you...Hiring is very slow there at the momment...Cheers

There is also a seniority system... so the GV is a long way away for a new hire.

Or just get hired at NJA and take a F/O position at NJI on the G400 as part of the NJI LOU to the CBA. A-OK?

How many NJA pilots have actually made the switch over to the GIV as an FO? Are the slots going senior?

I think 3 or 4 have gone over. They had all been here at least two or three years. The LOA opens it up for those who are off of seat lock- after 2 years, but if nobody bids it, I believe someone still on lock can bid it, but they will have to pay for their own type- a very expensive choice. FOs are also locked in for 3 more years once they make the switch. Anyone who has been here 2 years will be upgrading soon and making a ton more money as a captain at NJA than as an FO at NJI. I guess they could make some good money on the side as contract pilots, but not such a good deal overall. The class 4 pay scale goes by years in class 4 aircraft- you start at year one pay- and that is 50K. I know the wording for captains states that they will receive the higher of average pay for those already at NJI for each year of service or what is on the pay scale. I don't know if the same wording is in it for FOs and this would be big since I've heard average first year FO pay is about 65K vs. the 50K on the NJA class 4 pay scale.

I'd say that 6 or sow bids have come out so far (give or take).

The Captain positions are going very senior (100#s).

The F/O positions are going very junior (1800#s).

I don't see a financial advantage to bidding the might G as an F/O. I do see advantages to gaining access to the HBA system as an F/O hired to the DOM system at NJA.
