Not trying to hate on anyone but this thread belongs in the P135 section. DAE is not a fractional company. The few people I know that work there like there job and at one time they got great travel perskd on Delta as they are/were owned by them.

So Compass would probably be a better bet... if you have the time to get hired at Delta Elite, you'd be pretty much qualified to get to Compass?

Time is only part of the equation at a P135 management company. Delta Air Elite would most likely hire currently typed pilots for whatever their needs are, for example if they need a Cl601 guy they would hire a guy that has the type and considerable time in type. DAE is a 135 management company like Jet Aviation, Avjet or so many other management companies. DAE just happens to be owned by Delta. If you are not typed in an corporate aircraft I would strongly recomend you try for Compass. The pay is horrible but there is a bright light at the end of the tunnel (Delta Mainline).

Sorry for bringing a thread back from the dead, but does anyone have any info on this company as far as schedules, QOL, or Pay?

Each aircraft type has or could have a different schedule according to the company's needs. However, the last I heard they were working towards getting all crew on a 6 on 4 off schedule.
