Major city with good airline connections such as LAX,JFK, ATL. Not Wichita, Springfield whatever, or city you can't pronounce the name of or be caught dead in.

Default Gouge ?

Just got an email to set up a phone interview, any idea of the questions I'll be asked?

Any idea of questions I should ask of them before I jump my current ship..?

After phone interview, What's usually next?

I'm real real interested, just trying to get as well informed as I can before I am at a point to say yes.

Ask them about the training contract. Ask them if you are able to see a copy of it before you sign it. Preferably don't sign a training contract.

Going for the in person interview in a couple of weeks in Irvine.

Any ideas on what I should prep for?

What is dress for interview and reception? Business casual?

Where is training for Phenom conducted?

I will be one of the pilots doing the interviews. Jetblue gouge is spot on as they are all STAR based questions. Dress in a suit and tie for the interview and take the tie off for the reception. Training for the Phenom is done at CAE Dallas(only place in the US still). Full single pilot type. You do the INDOC before or after depending on the slots we have.

Just be yourself and don't control the room. Be excited about the opportunity and read up on the company culture and background. It really is a great place to be and the people are all great to work with.

Good luck!
