Could somebody please post the payscales for Captain and First Officer? I am currently in the left seat of a Phenom 100 and trying to negotiate a raise.

Respectfully......I have no problem posting the pay scale......but..... shoot for the moon on the raise! You can always settle for less when you ask for a million dollars!

Also refer to the latest Pro pilot survey for guidance as well.
Good luck on the raise!

I see that my question was asked last year...understanding there have been management changes (seemingly for the better...boyfriend newly hired and says wonderful things about EAS), any plans to open bases on the west coast?

I ask because I'm a pilot as well (helicopter....EAS needs some EC's!!) and I wasn't too thrilled that my boyfriend had to relocate to KS. Maybe in the not so distance future he could move back west vs me moving to ICT? I sure do likes my mountains! LOL

Either way, I support him 200%. Seems to be a good company. They are treating him right.

When you go in for the salary negotiation, don't forget to factor in cost of living, if you live somewhere expensive.

"Euro-Carpola" There are a couple of HEMS companies in the area with openings in OK, KS, and MO. The pay is so-so, but the schedule in EMS is awesome!

RI830, Thank you for the pay rates. I have the Pro Pilot and the NBAA numbers. PIC seems in line with what the JetSuite guys get as well. I always wondered how inflated the surveys were, but they seem pretty accurate now.

I am kind of against the "shoot for the moon" approach. I wanted to approach the management company with a realistic goal that I could back up with real numbers. My number is still going to be slightly below yours, but it will be a pretty good improvement over what I get now.

Thanks again for the help.

We as a company evaluate if our payscales are staying on par for the industry adn adjust accordingly as needed. We also have annual evals for our pilots and raises are discussed then.
