Questions for current XOJET prsnl

Just completed my phone interview on Monday. It is only supposed to be an hour long-ish but was going so great and enjoyed talking with the pilot we were on the phone 2 hrs. Just waiting to see if I get contacted to do the skype interview now...It really does sound like a fun place to work with a good pilot group. If you have never worked charter I can see it being a bit of an adjustment on the customer service side. If you thought you had to pay attention to detail while at an airline, multiply times ten because you are also looking after the clients needs as well now.
Sounds like it may be headed for growth as well in the next two years or so from talking to the pilot and a buddy who works there now.
Any other XO pilots hearing about replacing the X with something a little bigger or newer?

The X's will be around for awhile. We use them as a marketing tool more than anything because of the speed. We can typically beat any other aircraft on coast to coast flying by 45 minutes to an hour. Lot of our clients request the X just for that alone. Other than that management is hush, hush on anything coming down the pipe in the near future. Good luck on the interview!

2300-ish TT, 1100 multi, 800 TPIC, no turbojet, no ATP, internal rec. Prior 135 experience (single-pilot freight), 4 year aviation degree. Into the tech interview phase. We'll see how it goes and whether or not the lack of jet time and/or crew environment time flying people weeds me out I guess.

LJ JE is right, you've got their attention but just a word of warning (you probably already know of you have done your research) that most people who get washed out before interview do so in the tech phase. Consider this... (Very applicable to what we do) you are operating into or out of an uncontrolled field with terrain all around at night in crap weather, how do you arrive and depart safely and without getting violated? How would you brief it?If you can talk the turkey in detail regarding that sort of stuff the rest of the tech SHOULD be a cakewalk.
