Word is they only pay the Latitude pilots $60k. Bottom line, they offer low pay attached with contracts because pilots are still accepting the job. Things won't change until they can't find anyone.

Help yourself and don't help NA Management keep you guys down. Spread the word for your friends NOT to come there until the beatings stop. |

SICs are not used in the PC12, only the Phenom 100/300. And you can't log SIC in the jets since they are single pilot aircraft. Starting pay is extremely low for SICs and there really isn't a set schedule for SICs either.
Can you explain this sentence? are you telling me, just because the phenoms are single pilot jets, you cant log SIC?!? so all these guys at Netjets and other fractionals, making 80K + year, are paid and are not even logging time??? |
The pic will have to have obtained the single pilot rating in order for that to be true. It is actually a statement on the pilot NOT rated for single pilot. SIC required.

If the aircraft type certificate data sheet says the plane can be flown with just a single pilot, and that pilot is qualified as such, the other guy/gal is not a required crew member and can't log SIC time. Most jets, including the ones at Net Jets are two pilot aircraft where an SIC is required.
Last time I went for my recurrent, there was only one flight department in the US, that was doing single pilot 135 ops. So unless you belong to that particular company, or you fly for a 91 owner, you most likely can log the SIC time on the phenom. |
Everyone at NA is single pilot typed and op specs allow single pilot with use of autopilot. The true SIC's they use aren't typed, but they do fly with two type rated CA's often.
