I believe they have a crew of 2 on the 300s.
Isn't the 300 FAA certified for 2 pilots though, unless the PIC has his single pilot extension?
Also, as far as logging SIC, it's based on the company ops manual and requirements not always on the plane. You have PC12 and C208s being flown with 2 crew due to company requirements, whether we think its a joke or not is irrelevant and just personal opinions, as long as it is legal, it is log-able.

Even if one of them did have the single-pilot rating (if they'd already flown the plane and had the type prior to being hired, for instance), if NetJets' opspecs require two pilots in the airplane then it's all legal for the FO to log SIC.
