Unfortunately, after a little digging, this is all more smoke and mirrors. It's another reshuffle of flying. All these cities are 3x a week, and some are 2x a week! How can you serve a route with twice weekly service??
Tons of routes getting the axe. Including ones that were just announced and haven't even started. "seasonal flying"
If you want to know about aircraft deliveries, there is a planned net growth of 2 airplanes between now and Dec 2018.
This place is such a joke.

The attrition here is stabilized at 45 to 55 pilots a year. I guess I don't understand if we are only showing 2 net aircraft by December 2018 why would we be running new hire classes 10 months of the year then? I'm not arguing, I'm just saying really?
I don't think we are counting for lease backs or something? Heck, we'll end up with 800 captains and 2000 FO's.
I just pulled those number out of my bottom obviously. What I'm saying is, the September class of 25 plus is half the attrition in a year. What about the other 9 classes. Lol
Doesn't add up.

Of course you haven't seen any announcements from our Corportate Comms.
Does everyone remember our last "Big Route Announcement?" Afterwards our VP of Comms, Faulkner, got into a name-calling social media war with a Denver news anchor. I guess we can surmise that Frontier has decided to eliminate the Comms division. You'll have to get your company news through a local news station after it happens.

We were supposed to be at around 72-74 by the end of 2017.
Then around 10 more next year.
Figure 8-8.5 crews per bird.
Haven't seen our count lately on the bid packets. Maybe our union could start monitoring the acft numbers and share them with us monthly.

Gotta keep some carrot out in front of the group to stave off a mass exodus and keep the applications flowing. I'll believe it when I see it.
